Peter Canavese review “Kick-Ass 2” is nothing short of spell binding and you’ll be taken in by his captivating and awe-inspiring prose. He understands his role as a critic and he does indeed put on a show here ladies and gents.

The glut of Kick Ass 2 reviews out there are going to steam shovel morality down your throats but what they aren’t going to do is actually look at the film objectively and explain how the movie actually swims or sinks. Luckily, that’s not the case here.

For you see Peter actually contrasts why the first film succeeded and via this frame of reference observation proceeds to deconstruct and critique why the second film does not fare as well. Our performer takes everything into account here from the actors to the writing right down to the editing. Bravo.

The one area where improvement might be necessary would be the developments within the story. We understand the basic synopsis there is no need to go any further than that.

Peter understood what was bad about the film and bothered to go a little deeper and put forth and extra effort. He critiqued the film without revealing his personal issues and didn’t transpose his values onto his audience and the film makers.

By the conclusion of his review you will not have to wonder if you will enjoy the film or not you will simply say: encore.
